Story

The protagonist, Ruka Hiichiryu, is a detective assigned to Division Thirteen (nicknamed “Hakosumi”), a unit within the police force that gathers all the problem children. While conducting his regular duties, Ruka had been independently pursuing leads on a “cult incident,” but his chronic misconduct results in his reassignment to the Traffic Division.
