Scelica Silphyl, who possesses the body of a goddess from “Godslayer,” has been hunted by all the gods and nations for her sins until she could secure an alliance with the “Water Priestess,” guardian deity of the Leunian Theocracy. She has slain countless assassins along the way.

After the Duneer Campaign—the great war that nearly destroyed Leunian—Scelica defeated the evil dragon Arakeel, but lost most of her divine power and her body began transforming into that of an ordinary woman, her soul slipping away.

Before her wounds could heal, the Water Priestess tasks her with investigating the disappearance of the Leunian princess from eighteen years ago in the Lern region.

Following the Leunian knights to Lern, Scelica discovers a massive labyrinth hidden in this frontier land. Together with her companions, the godslayer must uncover hidden truths and reclaim her lost power.

    Editorial Review

La DEA of the Scales positions itself as a character-driven fantasy RPG that blends tactical combat with narrative depth—a category gaining traction among doujin developers who’ve grown tired of combat as mere window dressing. Where many harem-oriented adult games treat battle systems as an afterthought, this work appears to integrate them as a genuine pillar of the experience, suggesting the kind of worldbuilding commitment that separates forgettable titles from ones players revisit.

The distinctive pull here is Scelica herself: a war goddess stripped of her divinity and power, forced into vulnerability just as she’s tasked with a high-stakes investigation. That narrative inversion—the mighty brought low, then rebuilt through alliance and companionship—avoids the typical harem protagonist’s blank-slate passivity. The master-servant dynamic tagged here likely manifests through her relationships with companions rather than the inverse power fantasy, which is a refreshing structural choice. The synopsis hints at genuine plot stakes (a missing princess, a hidden labyrinth, lingering divine threats) rather than pretextual adventures, and the “Great Worldbuilding” tag suggests the Leunian Theocracy and its political infrastructure receive actual development rather than serving as flavoring.

The combination of tactical RPG mechanics with character-driven narrative and harem elements remains relatively uncommon in the adult doujin space, where combat tends toward real-time action or rock-paper-scissors simplicity. Production scope matters here—the DVD version infrastructure and append data suggest a work with substantial depth and post-launch support consideration.

This will resonate most with players seeking meaningful character progression alongside strategic combat, those who want their harem routes grounded in earned relationships rather than instant appeal. A substantial, mechanics-respecting entry that treats its premise seriously.
