Synopsis

Satoshi Ashifuji is a poor scholarship student struggling through university. By chance, he becomes the manager of an apartment building called ‘Seisui Dormitory,’ only to discover that all its residents are women with serious problems. To make matters worse, while repairing the clock tower on the roof, a self-proclaimed house spirit named Ibaraki appears, creating complete chaos.

All current residents emit an ominous dark aura. If left unchecked, the building will face catastrophic misfortune within six months, leading to its demolition. When that happens, all of their accumulated dark energy will befall Satoshi, condemning him to a lifetime of misery.

To prevent this disaster, Satoshi and Ibaraki must infuse positive energy into the residents by having sex and creampying them. Thus begins Satoshi’s desperate gamble—a creampie mission against the apartment residents that will determine his entire future.
