Hypnosis Committee Chair

Synopsis

The protagonist worked hard to gain admission to Rinshō Academy, a prestigious school famous nationwide. However, surrounded by classmates more talented than himself, he gradually begins to fall behind. It’s then that he learns of a “self-hypnosis technique” as an effective study method. As he investigates further, he discovers he can hypnotize others. He uses this ability on Student Council President Kubota Asahi, who looks down on him from above, and Arisawa Fumika, the Discipline Committee Chair who constantly picks on him. Through hypnotic suggestion, he has them engage in indecent acts and establish new rules. As the newly appointed “Moral Conduct Committee Chair,” he transforms the school’s discipline system into a “adult entertainment committee” to maintain order.
