Synopsis
In recent years, public prisons have reached capacity due to rising crime rates. The government decides to privatize a portion of the judicial system, outsourcing inmate detention to private facilities. Among them emerges a detention center with a 0% recidivism rate for released inmates. Those released from here never harm society again. Yet the facility’s true characteristic is an even higher number of missing persons.
The High-Security Special Detention Facility—a forcibly operated detention center with its own security force. Located on a remote island, this facility has long been shrouded in dark rumors, but strong public support keeps it outside audit oversight. In reality, free from legal intervention, all decisions at this facility rest solely in the hands of its administrators.
Inmates are subjected to every inhumane act imaginable simply for being prisoners. Once you enter here, no matter how you struggle, there is no hope of leaving normally. This is the worst, most cruel hell on earth—a detention facility of ultimate despair.
