Synopsis
Death row inmate Dokumamushi Kisuke, with eyes wild with carnal desire, prowls a residential neighborhood. Multiple violent crimes—assault, robbery, trespassing, murder—have earned him a death sentence. During transport between detention facilities, he seizes a moment to overpower a guard, steal his gun, and escape.
Kusunomoto Obstetrics Clinic stands quietly in the peaceful residential area. Nurses dedicated to their work greet patients as usual—anxious first-time students, hopeful mothers awaiting their second child. Unaware of the danger, they happen to be present when the escaped death row inmate suddenly appears, gun in hand. Faced with the armed criminal, they are helpless. As screams mixed with tears echo through the hospital halls, the inmate’s twisted smile widens as he begins to satisfy his base desires upon the women trapped within.
