Harakatu! 3 – Crisis at the Pregnancy Business?

Home R18 Games Harakatu! 3 – Crisis at the Pregnancy Busine

    Synopsis

A letter arrives at the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, which supports couples struggling with infertility. The letter reports an unscrupulous agency running a daring “pregnancy business” – or “harakatu” for short – that exploits women’s desires to have children.

Cushiji Chigen, a ministry official, is outraged and launches an investigation. After gathering evidence, she raids the suspect agency: “Ichinowatari Detective Office.”

Meanwhile, the office manager Natsuko struggles to keep operations running while the agency head Ichinowatari Tōya frequents his girlfriend’s office. The actual sperm donation services fall to Saijō Kōsai, a handsome colleague of Tōya’s who specializes in entertainment industry connections. Through these connections, Saijō successfully recruits women seeking donors, running the operation fairly smoothly.

Then Cushiji Chigen arrives with orders to shut them down. “I, Cushiji Chigen, will put an end to your illicit business!”

What will become of the harakatu operation and Ichinowatari Detective Office? A new “harakatu” chapter begins now!!

    Editorial Review

Harakatu! 3 positions itself within the NTR visual novel space as a premise-driven narrative that swaps typical infidelity framing for institutional corruption and coercion. Rather than focusing narrowly on romantic betrayal, this entry escalates into dark comedy territory by placing a ministry investigator against an illicit “pregnancy business,” treating the scenario as procedural conflict wrapped in adult content. It’s a notably structured approach for a series already three entries deep.

What distinguishes this installment is its deliberate entanglement of institutional power dynamics with sexual coercion. The synopsis sketches a complex cast—the outraged bureaucrat Cushiji Chigen, the struggling office manager Natsuko caught between operations, and Saijō Kōsai as the charismatic operator who recruits vulnerable women through entertainment industry connections. This layered setup allows the narrative to explore coercion across multiple axes: professional desperation, desire for motherhood, and systematic exploitation. The pregnancy and creampie tags serve not as incidental content but as thematic anchors to the central moral transgression being dramatized. INTERHEART’s involvement signals attention to character animation and visual consistency, which matters when selling this darker premise.

The work appeals specifically to readers invested in NTR scenarios that foreground institutional or predatory power imbalances rather than emotional jealousy alone. If your taste runs toward complex antagonists, morally compromised scenarios, and the particular appeal of watching vulnerable women manipulated into sexual situations, this delivers on those specifics. Those seeking gentler cuckold narratives or straightforward infidelity should look elsewhere.

The crisis framing in the title suggests this entry escalates previous installments’ stakes. Harakatu! 3 executes its narrow brief with apparent confidence: a visual novel that treats exploitation as both narrative engine and explicit content justification, built for readers who engage seriously with that darkness.
