Synopsis
Rin’ka lives with her husband and father-in-law. As the elderly man’s dementia progresses, he becomes increasingly difficult to manage, scattering urine around his room. One day during caregiving, Rin’ka witnesses her father-in-law’s member standing firm and erect. Unlike her impotent husband, she finds herself unable to resist the old man’s vitality and inadvertently touches him.
From that point on, the father-in-law repeatedly demands sexual services from Rin’ka. Starting with oral sex, he forces her to service him in increasingly degrading ways, eventually thrusting himself inside her without restraint. Though initially reluctant, Rin’ka gradually begins to feel pleasure in these encounters with her father-in-law…

Editorial Review
This is a niche adult drama that mines transgressive family dynamics and coercive sexual scenarios—territory increasingly common in Japanese doujin work as creators push boundaries around consent narratives and taboo relationship structures. The “reluctant-to-willing” arc within caregiving scenarios has become a recognizable subgenre, though this work’s specific combination of elderly male aggression, dementia-adjacent power imbalance, and the husband’s impotence as a narrative catalyst remains relatively uncommon even by doujin standards.
What distinguishes this entry is its commitment to domestic realism as framing. Rather than abstract fantasy, the work grounds its transgression in caregiving specificity—the physical indignities of aging, the claustrophobia of multigenerational housing, the erosion of marital intimacy. This grounding makes the scenario feel deliberately uncomfortable rather than escapist, which will either deepen engagement or create rejection depending on reader tolerance. The progression from accidental contact to coerced repetition to internalized pleasure follows a familiar formula, but the elderly man protagonist (rare in mainstream adult doujin work) shifts the power dynamic away from typical May-December tropes. The solo performance tag indicates Rin’ka carries narrative weight despite her passive role.
Production quality appears solid—the HD tag and drama framing suggest invested cinematography or illustration work rather than rushed asset recycling.
This lands squarely for readers drawn to transgressive family narratives, coercion fantasies with psychological depth, and scenarios that deliberately complicate female desire through duress. Mainstream audiences seeking conventional romance or even standard infidelity work should avoid entirely.
A deliberately provocative piece that executes its uncomfortable premise with narrative coherence rather than exploitation aesthetics.
