Synopsis
Sisters Akira and Kaede Amanoki were close but ordinary until they’re abducted by mysterious villains on their way home from school. When Akira awakens in a metal room filled with deafening noise, she discovers her sister floating naked in a large tank. The men who kidnapped them reveal that Akira has been transformed into something they call “Mistilteinn.” As she struggles to use this newfound power to save Kaede, the ground suddenly opens beneath her. She’s thrown into the sky—the metal room was inside a transport aircraft, and her unexpected early awakening caused them to discard her.
Akira crashes to the ground, but her silver armor-clad body remains unscathed. This power, granted by her enemies, is undeniably inhuman. Yet she resolves to wield it anyway. She must rescue Kaede at any cost.
