Synopsis

Mikiya Takimine is a novice shrine priest whose job is exterminating yokai. During summer break, he’s dispatched to a shrine on a certain mountain for yokai extermination work. Living at the shrine are the Otowa sisters, a resident yokai, and Natsu, a taciturn god. The yokai’s target is the demonic power sealed within the ‘Kinseki Stone’ that Natsu possesses. Mikiya cooperates with the Otowa sisters, spending his days training and nights battling yokai. As the Obon festival approaches, the yokai grow in number and strength. A battle between the shrine priests and yokai begins at this small mountain shrine.
