NTR Lecherous RPG Fallen Girlfriend -Another- occupies a crowded subcategory within adult gaming: the relationship-betrayal role-playing game that frames infidelity through mechanical progression. What distinguishes this entry is its central conceit—the protagonist’s isolation as the sole character immune to external romantic interference while everyone around him succumbs—which inverts the typical NTR power fantasy and instead creates a narrative pressure cooker around exclusion and helplessness.

The inclusion of married women as a specific tag alongside the broader NTR framework suggests the work deliberately targets scenarios where emotional stakes are theoretically highest. The emphasis on multiple endings indicates branching consequences tied to player agency, a feature that separates more narratively ambitious NTR titles from linear corruption pieces. The combination of group sex content with creampie specificity points toward visual explicitness that rewards players seeking detailed depiction rather than narrative ambiguity. As an RPG rather than a pure visual novel, the work presumably layers mechanical progression—stat systems, exploration, leveling—atop its relationship degradation mechanics, a structure that can either deepen immersion or dilute narrative focus depending on execution.

The fifth-place ranking on FANZA’s charts suggests this particular entry found resonance within its niche, though that metric reflects commercial visibility rather than critical consensus among devoted NTR enthusiasts.

The work appeals specifically to players who derive satisfaction from witnessing relationship deterioration as a mechanically-driven process rather than a narrative predetermined outcome, and who prefer their NTR scenarios grounded in the protagonist’s reactive helplessness. Those seeking emotional complexity or anti-hero protagonist depth should look elsewhere; this is mechanics-first betrayal content.

A competent execution of a familiar formula that finds its audience through thematic specificity rather than innovation.
