I’m Not the Leader!! (Kegani Lab)

Editorial Review

Dungeon RPG with integrated sexual mechanics remains a crowded category, but Kegani Lab’s entry distinguishes itself through a deliberately subversive premise: the protagonist isn’t positioned as an omnipotent hero, but as a progressively sidelined observer watching allies systematically corrupt his companion. This inverts the typical power fantasy while doubling down on the appeal of the NTR tag.

The combat system represents the most innovative feature here—rather than enemies serving as incidental vessels for sexual content, party members themselves become the source of unwanted contact and progression. The heroine’s degradation unfolds across multiple stat vectors (exposure, infidelity, lust), creating a tangible mechanic that transforms her agency and appearance. This parameter-driven transformation contrasts sharply with games where narrative and sexual content drift apart; here the training system directly shapes both gameplay difficulty and scene availability. The succubus influence framing provides thematic coherence to what might otherwise feel arbitrary, establishing a gradual corruption arc rather than abrupt tonal shifts.

Production values appear competent—Kegani Lab’s background as an established developer suggests polished animation and UI implementation, though the synopsis itself remains sparse on visual detail. The exposure and peeping tags alongside NTR indicate layered humiliation mechanics beyond simple infidelity, appealing to players seeking compound degradation rather than single-axis content.

This targets a narrow but dedicated audience: players specifically interested in NTR scenarios where the protagonist’s powerlessness is mechanical rather than narrative window-dressing, and those who value systematic progression through sexual parameters. The combination of dungeon RPG structure with involuntary party-member corruption remains relatively uncommon in the adult game space.

For NTR enthusiasts seeking mechanics that reinforce loss of control rather than merely depicting it, this represents serious engagement with the subgenre’s core appeal.
