Synopsis

NTR Shinmyo-san is an adult doujin game developed and published by Hirokawa Mizuki (Studio Jinasista!!), released in July 2023. Created with RPG Developer BAKIN, it’s part of the “Jinandromoph Sisters” mascot character series running since 2011.

Gameplay involves moving a pixel art character left and right to interact with falling action prompts, which branch into different erotic scenes. Touching a human results in pure love-style pregnancy scenes, while touching an orc triggers NTR-themed content. The core mechanic forces players to take responsibility for which scenario unfolds based on their reflexes and choices.

Each game loop lasts 10 seconds and repeats infinitely. Players must continuously dodge unwanted encounters and hit desired ones, creating a unique emotional experience that tests both reaction time and psychological resolve. The game includes original CG artwork with 15 pages of bonus illustrations.
