Tengatsu Heavenly River – FANZA Doujin

Home R18 Games Tengatsu Heavenly River – FANZA Doujin

    Synopsis

Evade the celestial maidens and race down the Heavenly River!

    —STORY—

Protagonist Seto can only meet his beloved girlfriend Orihime once a year due to certain circumstances.

But on the long-awaited day, the path is swarming with lustful celestial maidens!

Slip past the gathering maidens and reach the girl you love!

•The celestial maidens on the field will chase after you. When caught by a maiden, you’ll be subjected to intimate acts and lose 1 HP. Lose all 7 HP and it’s game over.

•There are 3 stages total with celestial maidens. The path is linear.

•There are currently no special changes or bonuses for no-damage clears.

•There is currently no gallery/recollection room. Sorry about that.

•The title reads “Tengatsu Kōkō” (天河行々), not “Tenga Kuikui.” I like that too though. But I really love… *whispers* …even more.

※Still no CGs. I’m truly sorry.

—THE ONE APPEAL POINT WE CAN MANAGE—

The walkable map area is about 300 times larger than the previous title.

(Previous: 5 steps → This time: roughly 1,500 steps)

    Feel that numerical charm.

While still a humble work, we’d be thrilled if you enjoy it.

We welcome your thoughts and feedback.

    Editorial Review

This is a playful subversion of the classic Tanabata myth wrapped in a light evasion-mechanics game. Rather than pursuing the typical visual novel branching narrative, Tengatsu Heavenly River pivots toward arcade-style chase gameplay where the core tension comes from dodging rather than dialogue trees—a genuinely uncommon approach in the doujin adult game space, where static CG galleries still dominate.

The central hook is refreshingly vanilla by genre standards: a protagonist desperately trying to reach his girlfriend Orihime against escalating celestial interference. The setup trades explicit narrative complexity for mechanical immediacy. You’re not reading lengthy seduction scenarios; you’re navigating a 300-times-expanded map (the developer’s own proud claim) while managing a seven-point health system. Each capture by a maiden costs you one HP and triggers intimate content, turning every collision into a meaningful setback rather than a scripted scene. The three-stage linear progression keeps pacing tight, though the lack of no-damage rewards or unlockable gallery means replayability hinges entirely on whether you find the core loop satisfying.

The developer’s transparency about limitations—no CGs yet, no recollection room, straightforward level design—signals this is a mechanics-first experiment rather than a traditionally polished visual novel. That honesty matters. This works best for players fatigued by static image-heavy games who want something tactile and arcade-like, even if stripped-down. The sweet romance framing and vanilla tag suggest the intimate content stays tender rather than brutal, which aligns the tone with the mythological lovers’ reunion narrative.

Verdict: A charmingly experimental oddball that sacrifices conventional visual novel production values for something genuinely different—ideal for players who want evasion tension over narrative depth.
