Synopsis
Foreword
This is an explanatory guide with UE4 project files based on the game structure from YooKay Works’ “I Got Intimate with the Neighbor’s Aunt and Somehow Ended Up with Her Daughter Too.” The blueprints have been refined and restructured for maximum clarity and reusability.
By replacing the project files with your own models, characters, and animations, you can create and sell adult games.
This will require modifying certain blueprint routing locations.
This guide focuses not on building blueprints from scratch, but rather on how to modify base blueprints when changing files and how to develop and complete your game.
This guide is NOT for complete beginners to blueprints or UE4.
It assumes you can already read and write blueprints to some degree.
You should have completed at least 2 commercial blueprint textbooks and understand UE4 basics.
Please note the author is not deeply proficient in UE4, so there may be occasional misunderstandings. The environment was created using Windows 10 and UE4 version 4.25.3.

Editorial Review
A technical resource positioned squarely at the intersection of adult game development and UE4 education, this guide repackages an existing commercial game’s blueprint architecture into a reusable template. Rather than positioning itself as a comprehensive engine tutorial, it functions as a practical adaptation manual—essentially asking: “Here’s how a professional adult title is structured; now swap the assets.”
What distinguishes this from generic UE4 tutorials is its specificity to adult game workflows. The guide doesn’t teach you to build systems from first principles but assumes intermediate blueprint literacy and focuses instead on the mechanical adjustments needed when replacing models, characters, and animations with your own work. This is genuinely useful territory—the gap between understanding blueprints abstractly and knowing how to modify an existing sexual game framework is precisely where many hobbyist developers get stuck. The inclusion of actual template files (rather than screenshots or pseudocode) is the real value proposition here.
The honesty in the foreword—acknowledging the author’s incomplete UE4 mastery—reads as either refreshingly candid or a warning flag depending on your risk tolerance. The reference implementation is solid (it’s extracted from a completed commercial title), but there’s no guarantee every blueprint decision will reflect best practices, nor that documentation covers every edge case.
This appeals specifically to developers with foundational UE4 knowledge who want to shortcut the architectural decisions involved in building adult game infrastructure. It’s not a game design document. It’s not for blueprint beginners. It’s a developer’s shortcut—a way to inherit someone else’s structural decisions and iterate from there.
A practical toolkit for the right audience, constrained but genuine in scope.
