Synopsis
It’s the mid-21st century, and Japan’s population decline shows no signs of stopping.
As part of a national project, a new initiative is launched. On the surface, it’s an aggressive birthrate recovery program seeking volunteers.
But the truth is far more sinister. The government has identified young men with low prospects of reproduction despite their age, yet possessing high latent sexual potential. These men are admitted to welfare facilities for intensive ‘treatment’—a desperate gamble for the nation’s survival.
