Synopsis
【Story】
Thanks to my mother’s exploits as the Sword Saint, the kingdom where I live has enjoyed a long period of peace.
Within this peaceful realm, I have been secretly nurturing love with the prince, the king’s firstborn son.
But that peace has been shattered――
Now, massive slimes are roaming around the kingdom’s perimeter.
Rumor has it that this is caused by a sorcerer calling himself the Demon King who recently established his castle next to our kingdom, breeding slimes deliberately.
This is the story of me, bearing the blood of the Sword Saint, traveling to the neighboring Demon King’s castle to deal with the slime infestation surrounding our kingdom.

Editorial Review
Slime Fantasy positions itself as a streamlined defeat-ero RPG in the increasingly crowded monster-girl fantasy space—a niche that’s seen steady output on DLsite, though few standouts. The core appeal here is straightforward: a Sword Saint’s daughter ventures to a Demon King’s castle, encounters slimes, and the game’s primary draw is what happens when combat goes wrong rather than right.
The work’s distinctive architecture revolves around its defeat-focused design philosophy. Rather than punishing failure, the game treats combat loss as narrative progression, which fundamentally reframes player agency in ways that distinguish defeat-ero from traditional RPG structures. With seventeen ero scenes spread across five base CGs (totaling 300+ variations with animation loops), the production leans toward quantity-through-variation rather than hand-crafted uniqueness. The ten available endings suggest meaningful branching tied to how the protagonist engages with adversity, an element often missing in shorter adult games where narrative scope feels token.
The NTR tag deserves scrutiny here—given the setup involving the protagonist’s secret feelings for the prince, it signals the game explores jealousy or infidelity themes during her quest, though the synopsis doesn’t explicitly detail how or when this manifests. This combination of NTR with a female protagonist-led journey is less common than male-protagonist variants dominating the genre.
That said, the RPG Maker VX Ace foundation and reliance on CG variation rather than original artwork limits visual distinction in a market saturated with similar engines. The “short game” tag is honest—this isn’t a 20+ hour experience.
Slime Fantasy appeals most to players specifically seeking defeat-ero mechanics with branching consequences and don’t require cutting-edge aesthetics or sprawling narratives. If you’re burnt out on standard fantasy RPGs and want mechanics that reward losing, the ten-ending structure and NTR framing offer enough variable content to justify multiple playthroughs, though production values won’t wow anyone expecting indie AAA-level polish.
