Synopsis
●Story
Mimi is a cute airhead who loves handsome guys and finds humor in everything. Her dream is to marry a rich, attractive man and live in a luxurious mansion.
Every day at school, male students confess to her, only to be rejected. One day, a friend invites her to a courage test at an abandoned mansion rumored to be haunted. Though hesitant, Mimi falls for the lie that a handsome guy lives there and enters the building.
But it’s a trap—a prank by a friend angry that Mimi rejected their crush. Locked in the mansion for a day, Mimi searches for an escape when suddenly a handsome man appears!
Mimi: “Please marry me, handsome guy!”

Editorial Review
This is a playful subversion of the tentacle-horror premise dressed up in RPG mechanics and wrapped around a deliberately obtuse protagonist. Rather than positioning itself as dark fantasy or psychological horror, *Actually She Wants It!? Mimi-chan!* leans into the comedy-through-contrast angle: a vapid, marriage-obsessed airhead navigating a demon-filled mansion becomes the source of humor itself, not the circumstances around her.
The core appeal sits at the intersection of several tags that rarely coexist in the doujin RPG space—the combination of tentacle content, chase mechanics, and a deliberately airheaded protagonist creates tonal friction that’s either delightful or grating depending on your tolerance for that flavor of absurdist eroticism. The gameplay structure, built around sustained chase sequences rather than turn-based combat or puzzle-solving, suggests developer Mugcat is prioritizing kinetic tension and repeated exposure over strategic depth. The “reach the demon lord safely” framing is a thin wrapper around the inevitable encounters with hostile flora and fauna along the way.
The character writing hinges entirely on whether Mimi’s airheadedness reads as endearing naïveté or exhausting stupidity—her conflation of a demon lord with a marriage prospect, played straight throughout, is the joke, and the synopsis gives no indication of self-aware subtext that might deepen that appeal. For players who find humor in unfiltered female stupidity paired with adult content, this hits a specific comedic register. For others seeking narrative substance or character development beyond the initial premise, this will feel one-note.
This lands squarely for the niche intersection of tentacle-content enjoyers who value comedic tone and chase-based pacing over plot complexity or character nuance. If that describes your sensibility, the premise justifies the playthrough.
