Comic Viewer Effects – Program Material for Manga Sales
Ver 2.01 adds features not found in Adobe Reader: table of contents, bookmarks, volume-enhancing page transition effects, voice acting support (record voice files to have characters speak), and animation playback (AVI, MPEG) overlaid on images. The table of contents alone is valuable—supports up to 1024 pages.
Ver 3.01 introduces page peel effects (like peeling off a sticker), PNG/GIF support, voice-synced panel regions with zoom and annotation tools, embedded configuration files, compressed WAV audio in executables, dummy voice tracks for silent male dialogue, 4-core multithreaded image/audio preloading, and JPEG-based animation similar to animated GIFs.
The trial version includes the full “JPEG Animation Construction Set” with preview functionality (.jpw files with audio support). Note: generated files require Comic Viewer Effects to run, though previewing is available.
