Synopsis
Komaribisou is a modest boarding house with a philosophy: a place where everyone can live like family.
Its current residents are two male students, Mamoru and Yuto, and the elderly landlady Sadako. Additionally, Akina, a single mother who works as a live-in helper, frequently visits the house.
With an angelic kindness and a captivating body that ensnares adolescent boys, Akina is a married woman and mother—a woman who seemed completely out of reach for the residents.
One spring, a year after Mamoru and the others moved into Komaribisou, new residents begin to arrive, residents who had never appeared before.
And thus begins… a tale of depravity.

Editorial Review
Lust at Komaribisou plants itself squarely in the boarding house NTR subgenre, a space currently saturated with similar premise-driven works but distinguished here by its deliberate narrative scaffolding and production commitment. The formula—isolated setting, naive male residents, forbidden mature woman—is familiar, but the introduction of arriving residents as catalysts for Akina’s “depravity” suggests the developers are aiming for character trajectory rather than static scenario exploitation.
What sets this apart is the structural choice to focus the installment entirely on Akina’s arc, positioning her explicitly as the narrative anchor rather than merely an object of desire. The synoptic framing—”her story depicts how she…distanced”—hints at genuine character motivation beyond circumstantial temptation, even if the adult content remains the commercial draw. The full voice cast and substantial line count (4000+ lines) indicate serious investment in dialogue-driven progression rather than minimal narrative scaffolding. The CG count sits in the solid mid-tier range, suggesting quality over quantity in visual differentiation.
The virgin male protagonist tag deserves attention: pairing inexperience with a married woman and mother creates an inherent power dynamic that distinguishes this from peer-group scenarios. Whether the game treats this dynamically or merely as framing for fantasies remains the critical variable the synopsis doesn’t reveal.
This appeals specifically to players who prefer NTR narratives anchored by character development and voice performance, who value mature women as protagonists rather than supporting fixtures, and who expect production values justifying the DLsite premium price bracket. Skip this if you require narrative surprises or subgenre subversion; it’s confidently orthodox.
A competent, well-resourced entry in a familiar lane—exactly what committed NTR enthusiasts are shopping for, precisely what genre skeptics should avoid.
