Synopsis
The protagonist, Sakaguchi Akira, is on night duty at a hospital. Usually there’s plenty of work, but tonight is unusually quiet. Bored, he decides to call in some female staff members—but the usual scenarios have lost their appeal. Spotting a mahjong table in the on-call room, he has an idea! Thus begins a strip mahjong tournament between the next hospital director and his cute female subordinates.
Instead of the repetitive late-night hospital encounters, this is a fresh take with mahjong. Featuring ZyX’s enhanced high-speed AI routines, the game offers 2-player and 4-player modes, with visual scenes in 2-player mode. Win once to remove one piece of clothing; win four times to unlock an event scene!

Editorial Review
Strip mahjong remains a niche but persistent subgenre in adult games, occupying the space between traditional tile-game mechanics and erotic visual novel content. This entry positions itself as a novelty premise wrapped around functional mahjong gameplay rather than narrative depth—a formula that appeals to players seeking interactive challenge alongside adult content, though such hybrids rarely excel at both.
The work’s distinctive angle is its hospital setting and the framing of mahjong as an escape from routine encounters. The protagonist’s boredom with “usual scenarios” is a meta-acknowledgment of genre fatigue, trading repetitive adult game beats for tile-matching mechanics instead. The inclusion of both two-player and four-player modes suggests design flexibility, though two-player mode is clearly where the visual rewards concentrate. ZyX’s mahjong AI is competent enough to make wins feel earned rather than scripted, which matters considerably when progression locks erotic content behind actual gameplay victories. The modest unlock structure—four wins for a full scene—is reasonably paced for both casual play and repeated attempts.
The primary limitation is scope: this is a mechanics-first project where narrative serves the game rather than vice versa. Character development beyond visual recognition is minimal. The nurse characters are functional archetypes rather than developed personalities, which means investment hinges entirely on whether the art style appeals to you and whether mahjong gameplay alone sustains interest across multiple sessions.
This appeals specifically to players who want adult content delivered through actual game challenge rather than passive consumption, and who have genuine interest in mahjong mechanics rather than viewing them as mere scaffolding. Strip mahjong enthusiasts will find competent execution here; those seeking either deep strategy or character-driven erotic narrative should look elsewhere. A solid if narrow fit for its intended audience.
