Synopsis

The protagonist, Sakaguchi Akira, is on night duty at a hospital. Usually there’s plenty of work, but tonight is unusually quiet. Bored, he decides to call in some female staff members—but the usual scenarios have lost their appeal. Spotting a mahjong table in the on-call room, he has an idea! Thus begins a strip mahjong tournament between the next hospital director and his cute female subordinates.
