Synopsis
Ayato Hirose lost his mother years ago and has been living alone with his father. One summer, his father is assigned a two-month overseas business trip, leaving Ayato to fend for himself.
Concerned about his son, Ayato’s father consults with Rinko Shingu, a married neighbor, who recommends a unique housekeeping service. However, this is no ordinary cleaning agency—it’s a “Mama Substitute” service where registered women come to take care of household chores and daily life as a “mother.”
Rinko, who is actually employed by the service and openly becomes Ayato’s “mama,” is joined by childhood friends and fellow housewives Kiyoko, the company president Kana, and new staff member Tsumugi Niiyome—all eager to become Ayato’s mother. Thus begins an intense and peculiar domestic life.

Editorial Review
The “surrogate caregiver” premise has quietly become one of the more enduring fantasy frameworks in adult visual novels, and *Bunny’s Mama Substitute Service* leans fully into the emotional regression angle while maintaining enough comedic self-awareness to avoid suffocating under its own concept. What distinguishes this particular entry is its deliberate stacking of archetypes—not just one mature woman filling the maternal role, but a rotating cast of housewives and professionals, each bringing distinct personality friction to the scenario. The nursing tag paired with the fellatio content suggests the work explores the psychology of caretaking as foreplay, a thematic combination that remains relatively specialized even within the married women subgenre.
The beautiful CG tag signals production investment in character rendering, which matters significantly here since the visual appeal of the “mama” figures is essential to the fantasy’s effectiveness. The cosplay element hints at playful costume variation within these domestic scenarios, adding texture to what could otherwise flatten into repetitive scenarios. Rinko’s role as the initial facilitator—a neighbor endorsing the service—creates a social legitimacy layer that many works in this space skip, potentially grounding the absurdity just enough to make the fantasy more immersive rather than purely comedic.
The two-month timeframe provides natural pacing structure, suggesting episodic progression through different service providers rather than monotonous repetition. This is crucial: works that cycle through multiple “mama” characters tend to sustain engagement better than those fixated on a single scenario.
This appeals specifically to players seeking maternal fantasy content with comedic framing, multiple character routes, and production quality that treats the premise with visual seriousness rather than irony. The blend of regression fantasy with adult content remains niche, but executed competently.
A solidly crafted entry in the surrogate caregiver space, elevated by cast variety and apparent production care.
