Synopsis
Azuma Daiki has just joined an IT company and is attending a joint training program with employees from other firms. Finding the coursework easy and mostly covering university-level material, he plans to enjoy this final period of freedom. However, his plans change when he notices Yamashita Chihiro, a fellow trainee, struggling with programming. Despite being from a non-technical background and lacking fundamental understanding, she becomes his responsibility to help throughout the training period. As Yamashita inadvertently provides constant distraction through her revealing clothing and physical proximity, Azuma finds himself conflicted between annoyance and attraction. On the final day, during the team celebration, Azuma impulsively invites Yamashita for a private drink instead of attending the second gathering. When she eagerly accepts, one thing leads to another—and he suddenly finds himself bringing her to a love hotel.

Editorial Review
Corporate training programs provide reliable scaffolding for adult manga’s most enduring fantasy: the collision of professional distance and sexual inevitability. This single-chapter work slots neatly into that established subgenre, though it executes with the straightforward competence expected of contemporary DLsite releases rather than notable innovation.
The narrative framework is economical. Azuma Daiki, an IT professional, finds himself repeatedly drawn into tutoring sessions with Yamashita Chihiro, a liberal arts recruit struggling with programming fundamentals. The work leverages proximity and circumstantial vulnerability—her careless panty shots and incidental physical contact—as the slow-burn mechanism that transforms professional obligation into sexual opportunity. It’s textbook escalation: minor wardrobe negligence accumulates into pretext for isolation, culminating in the love hotel endpoint the synopsis announces directly. The transparency about destination removes narrative mystery but establishes honest genre expectations.
What distinguishes this entry within the crowded office romance/training scenario space is its commitment to the mundanity of the setup. There’s no contrived power imbalance, no predatory framing—just two young professionals in a structured environment where one’s incompetence creates recurring contact. The combination of programming workplace setting and the semi-comedic tone of “Why am I helping with this?” suggests a creator aware of their scenario’s mechanical nature and willing to play it relatively straight rather than amplify dubious elements.
The single-chapter format means character development is minimal; Yamashita functions primarily as the vehicle for the fantasy rather than a realized character. Production quality appears solid based on standard contemporary doujinshi standards, and the transparent approach to sexual inevitability will appeal to readers seeking uncomplicated office romance without pretense to deeper narrative ambition.
A competent execution of familiar territory—serviceable for readers seeking workplace proximity scenarios without complication.
