Synopsis
Takuto Narusawa was an ordinary college student living peacefully with his father and younger sister. One day, a man claiming to be a lawyer appears and asks Takuto to accompany him to Masago Village for his maternal grandfather’s funeral and to handle the inheritance. Despite never having met his grandfather, Takuto reluctantly agrees at his father’s urging and heads to the village with the lawyer.
At the solemn funeral ceremony, Takuto encounters a quiet girl who resembles a Japanese doll. An ancient legend of fallen warriors passed down through the village, a secret festival held for the first time in decades. As Takuto glimpses the village’s hidden secrets, he begins to seek the truth.
