Synopsis

The old man’s activities are becoming more frequent again.

Despite complaining that walking is exhausting due to his advanced age, he’s started prowling the streets once more.

I thought perhaps he’d shifted to a hunting style of setting traps and waiting for prey, but it seems the thrill of actively pursuing and cornering his prey on foot excites him far more.

Unrelatedly, bears have been appearing frequently on flatlands in the Tohoku region recently, keeping hunters busy. The bears aren’t descending by choice—they’re simply searching for food, which is quite a pitiful situation.

I had wondered if the old man captures women for business purposes, but his true motivation—sexual gratification—clearly shows through. Predators like this old man are sometimes a nuisance to society, while creatures like bears are hunted because they’re inconvenient. Either way, both are nuisances to society, and I simply hope for their swift elimination.

Still, the old man’s eye for beauty remains sharp. This woman unmistakably has the aura of a celebrity, no matter how you look at her. Her bone structure is different—refined and elegant. It’s a place ordinary people can never reach through petty efforts like dieting or facial massage. Natural model physique. The old man, whether by chance or not, is translating ideology into action. I’m starting to think I too must stop merely thinking and speaking about it and get my own hands dirty. I’ve seen this woman somewhere before. On TV or online perhaps. Or maybe she just has that look of someone who could be a celebrity or model.
