This is the third title with this gameplay style, but which previous work was actually better than AiKomi? Since it’s an adult game, all buyers should be 18+. Anyone with common sense wouldn’t seriously claim AiKomi is inferior to competitors. Only people with low intelligence fail to realize this before posting.

AiKomi’s visual texture quality has really improved.

As the old saying goes: Never expect gameplay from Illusion games. Grandma, when’s DigitalCrash coming?

OP thanks. It wouldn’t be interesting if it wasn’t an adult game, but as one, it’s more than good enough. I have requests but no complaints.
Editorial Review
AiKomi positions itself within the crowded character creation romance simulation space, specifically targeting players who prioritize avatar customization and interpersonal interaction over narrative structure. As ILLGAMES’ third entry in this gameplay formula, it arrives at a moment when 3D character creators have become increasingly sophisticated across the adult game market, yet remain divisive regarding their actual depth of romantic simulation versus novelty appeal.
The distinctive selling point here is the 3D character creation system paired with romance communication mechanics. The 5channel thread consensus emphasizes visual texture improvements over its predecessors, suggesting ILLGAMES has invested in rendering quality rather than fundamental gameplay innovation. The tag combination of “Character Creation” with “romance sim” indicates players can craft custom partners before engaging in relationship-building interactions, a workflow that appeals specifically to players who value personalization as their primary engagement loop. However, the thread’s casual dismissal of gameplay depth (“Never expect gameplay from Illusion games”) flags a known limitation in this developer’s approach—the romantic communication systems likely function as scaffolding for character interaction rather than offering branching dialogue complexity or emergent relationship dynamics.
This works best for players who treat character creation and customization as the primary appeal, with romance simulation serving as context for that creation rather than as a standalone narrative or systemic experience. Enthusiasts of previous ILLGAMES titles in this vein already know what to expect; newcomers should understand they’re buying into a creator-first philosophy where visual fidelity and personalization trump mechanical sophistication.
AiKomi delivers incremental visual refinement to an established formula—worthwhile if you’re already invested in this specific gameplay style, but unlikely to convert skeptics into believers that character creation romance sims offer mechanical depth beyond their customization appeal.
