Synopsis
I joined a publishing company as a mid-career hire, only to be assigned to the erotic magazine editorial department!? I expected a grimy male-dominated workplace, but instead I’m surrounded by problem female employees notorious throughout the company. There’s even a rumor that male staff members quit within six months…
On my anxious first day, I’m relieved by their warm welcome: “Male employees are valuable assets!” But then Murayama at the next desk starts test-driving a new vibrator with masturbation!? “This is an erotic magazine department, so this is normal, right?” Even the editor-in-chief and deputy editor are climaxing with new toys, suddenly in heat!? When I notice their predatory gazes fixed on my crotch, my pants are already off… “It’s part of the job! Whip it out!” And just like that, I’m having sex with all of them across the office, kitchenette, bathroom, break room, and meeting room…
So that’s my job here – being their sexual service provider! After the initial shock, within a month I’m making the rounds to each desk, performing cunnilingus and thrusting to everyone’s preferences to ensure they climax! I even service them privately… Once monthly deadline submissions are completed, we celebrate with a legendary six-person harem creampie orgy! A true bacchanalian feast of flesh! Their libidos are so intense I sometimes falter, but I’m determined to persevere here a bit longer.
Editorial Review
Workplace fantasy fulfillment meets the four-hour marathon format—this is occupational isekai for the adult doujin market, where the protagonist’s “shock” at institutional sexual chaos dissolves into acceptance within minutes. The erotic magazine office setting is a well-worn premise that sidesteps awkward consent gymnastics by positioning workplace sexuality as normalized departmental culture, allowing the narrative to pivot directly to logistics: which rooms, which women, what implements. It’s efficient genre filmmaking.
The tag combination of harem, orgy, and 4+ hours signals cumulative rather than narrative structure—the synopsis telegraphs the entire arc in its setup paragraph, so the extended runtime is deployed for saturation: repeated encounters, toy variety (vibrators explicitly foregrounded), and location cycling through office infrastructure. The creampie tag and emphasis on continuous availability suggest this follows the service-provision model throughout its duration without tonal breaks. The HD designation indicates this is a high-production doujin work, likely motion video rather than static imagery, which matters given the scope of group choreography required.
What distinguishes this from generic harem fare is the specificity of the office-magazine angle—the premise that these women’s professional environment *justifies* their sexual behavior creates a closed logic that feels less rapacious than purely predatory harem premises. The “problem female employees” framing sidesteps vilification while the tool-testing narrative (vibrator evaluation as legitimate workplace activity) adds texture absent from straightforward assault scenarios.
This targets viewers seeking uncomplicated male-gaze fantasy with sustained sexual content, minimal plot friction, and production values that match premium streaming expectations. Audience patience for extended scenes matters more than narrative sophistication.
A competent execution of maximal harem logistics—satisfying for the specific appetite it caters to, forgettable for anyone seeking anything else.
