Synopsis

In 2024, ignoring the resurgence of COVID-19, reckless gals continue to flood the nightlife districts. It’s time to impose dark justice on these brainless GAL’S who ignore others’ troubles and national policy!

We are a subordinate organization of Kinsasabi-kai, a street gang originating from Yokohama’s Isezakicho in the 1970s. Operating undercover throughout the Kanto region against the backdrop of the 1990s bubble economy, we continue today. We are fundamentally different from those who rampage without purpose or ideology.

An illegal soul given only to those born in crime-ridden streets and raised in hopeless towns. This is the unseen passport of the night streets and the only law that matters. Our target: women in the dead of night, shamelessly exposing skin, getting drunk and collapsing carelessly on the streets. Confirmed as elements that seriously disturb our district’s morals and must be eliminated!

We spring into action swiftly. In a back alley of the summer nightlife district, we spot a blonde miniskirt girl passed out on the street.
