Personally, I’m a stairs person. Walking is obviously good for your health. Japanese office workers are always said to be sedentary, and I’m no exception, so I try to use the stairs whenever I can.
Plus, stairs are faster. You can get around quicker with stairs than escalators, which I appreciate. Mornings can be tight on time.
Walking on escalators is fastest, but that’s not really recommended, right? There are announcements telling people not to walk on them because it’s dangerous. I’ve never witnessed someone fall, so I didn’t fully understand the danger, but moving stairs are definitely hazardous. You never know when you’ll trip.
