Synopsis

Sisters Akira and Kaede Amano were close but ordinary until they were abducted by mysterious villains on their way home from school. When Akira awakens in a metal room filled with deafening noise, she finds her sister floating naked in a large tank. Men claiming to have transformed her appear, revealing she’s been modified into something they call “Mistilstia.” Desperate to save Kaede despite her confusion, Akira uses her newfound powers—but suddenly the floor gives way. She’s thrown from the transport aircraft carrying them, crashing to the ground far below.

Despite the impact, Akira’s silvery armor protects her from injury. This power, granted by enemies no less, is undeniably extraordinary. Yet she resolves to use it anyway. Because she must rescue Kaede, no matter what.
