With peace restored to the Makibishi household after recent turmoil, Nanako works hard toward becoming the ‘Second Generation Invention Master.’ The caring protagonist worries about her determination and wants to help her relax. Just then, neighborhood children bring ghost troubles to their door. Armed with mysterious enthusiasm, Nanako and the protagonist embark on a ghost-hunting adventure.
