In a world blessed by beings called “fairies,” humanity has been granted the power known as “divine protection” and has developed civilization greatly. However, this protection has also cast dark shadows. When desire causes protection to run rampant, humans transform into grotesque monsters—creatures known as “Libidosis.” To combat the societal chaos caused by Libidosis, the government established the “Fairy Agency.” Talented individuals were gathered to fight Libidosis and maintain order. Behind the scenes, the shadowy organization “Kaiten Council” manipulates Libidosis, keeping society balanced on a precarious edge. Gatluud, one of the Kaiten Council’s successor candidates, has infiltrated the Fairy Agency under the assumed identity of Kuutaro Shitou. Following the sudden death of the Kaiten Council’s leader, Gatluud begins making his move to seize the position of successor. At that very moment, Yume-kanou Sakimoto, a junior at the school where Kuutaro studies, awakens a dormant power within herself during a crisis. She transforms into the righteous heroine “Fairy Bullet” and resolves to fight Libidosis. To obtain Fairy Bullet’s power, Gatluud sets his plan in motion to trap her in a cage of pleasure…
