Synopsis

—Hiroko’s Enema Hell Returns—

Hiroko, the wife of Yamaguchi, is called to the hospital and informed that her husband used hospital funds under the medical department’s orders for an investigation. However, during the investigation, Yamaguchi became infatuated with a woman at the pharmaceutical company under investigation and misappropriated funds under the guise of investigation expenses.

Hiroko begs the medical department to wait a little longer, offering to make a medical contribution equal to the amount embezzled. She signs documents agreeing to become an experimental subject.

However, upon hearing the details of the experiment, Hiroko immediately requests to terminate her subject contract. Her request is denied and the experiment begins.

The experiment is a forced excretion experiment conducted under public surveillance.

After the experiment, Hiroko faces her husband Yamaguchi.

The medical department forces Yamaguchi to choose: his wife or his mistress.

“Now it is time to decide. Will you choose your wife or Miss Sudō? Whichever you choose, there will be irreversible consequences.”

Whichever is not chosen will undergo thorough violation and breaking.
