Synopsis

Shiromitsu Kawachi City—an ordinary school town with nothing to distinguish it from any other. Despite constant revitalization efforts, the city seemed cursed with failure. Then came the great earthquake.

A divine artifact enshrined at the Hakuja Ninety-Nine Shrine was damaged, and mysterious accessories called “Artifacts” began flowing in from parallel worlds. These Artifacts grant special powers to their users. Soon, a horrifying crime spree emerged—people were being turned to stone by those who wielded these godlike abilities.

Shinkai Sho, a responsible and dependable protagonist, learns that Kujo Miyako, a righteous and capable girl, is investigating the incidents. He volunteers to help her. When his energetic younger sister Shinkai Ten joins them, the three begin their investigation into the serial petrification cases.
