Review

As mentioned by others, this 3D H-ACT game is a real standout gem. A lot of detail has gone into the overall design of the game that makes Holy Knight Ricca a very enjoyable experience from start to finish.

– English translation is coherent. No machine translation or anything like that. Props to the dev for developing both a JP and ENG version at the same time.

– The story is quite enjoyable and is akin to reading a 3D visual novel with character development.

– Most of the main scenes are voiced as opposed to most games not having any voices outside of gameplay/combat/sex scenes.

– As a 3D-sidescroller, stage and level design is really thought out and a lot of planning was put to make the world of the game feel believable despite it’s linear storyline and level direction. Locations feel real as if they belong in the game world as opposed to sticking common Unity assets everywhere.

– This game accounts for a lot of non-con fetishes with a large variety of monsters.

– 1 gameover/scene usually has multiple (!!!!) positions, and with more than 30+ scenes in the game, you won’t ever run out.

– Combat is simple but intuitive enough for it to be challenging and interesting for the average player. There are combos and special skills as well as elemental weaknesses for mobs to shake things round a bit. This game can easily pass as a normal platformer game without the H-scenes and still be very enjoyable.

– Visuals are great. Animations are very fluid and well-done for a 3D setting, from combat animations to sex scene animations. Very good attention to detail right down to some of the minor stuff.

– The depth of character customization is an amazing bonus. You normally only get these things in SLG games.

You don’t normally see these types of games with a lot of polish. A LOT of PASSION and DEDICATION went into a game like this that usually rivals the quality of AAA studios. This is a steal for such good quality work from an indie developer.

Get this game, and support this indie developer for such an amazing gem to play. He spent a good 4 years on this to bring us about 20-24 hours of quality content. You won’t get anything better than this in a while.

As said in the title, this game is absolutely gorgeous, I think it’s one of the best H-games I’ve ever played, either for the gameplay, the graphics, the H scenes, everything.

If you’re a fan of non-con this an absolute must, it topples everything I’ve played so far.

2000 characters won’t be enough to describe how good it is so I’ll sum up all my main arguments to convince you to buy this gem.

– FULL ENGLISH VERSION. It was released on the same day as the JP version and it’s a true, complete english version, not some Machine Translation or crappy TL. Props to the dev for this!!

– VOICES. ALL the H-scenes are voiced and a big part of the game is voiced (for the main characters only). And the voice acting is MAGNIFICENT, oh boy, on some scenes, I was blasted by the performances.

– Innovative H-scenes: there are “novel” scenes, and 3D scenes where you can freely move the camera, increase the speed of the action, etc. It shows the amount of efforts put into these by the dev.

– NO BUGS. I’ve nearly finished the game as of now, I’m currently on the epilogues (~17h of gameplay but I’m a fast reader so I think it’s more like 20h for the main scenario).
And I’ve encountered NO BUG AT ALL.
No crash, no text error, no “stuck in a texture” issue, no save issue, I’m telling you, ZERO BUG.

– The H content is AMAZING -if you’re a noncon fan-. Noncon makes up for uh… 90% of the scenes. There is a bit of hypnosis but almost all of it is noncon + corruption.

And boy… Orc, dogs, plants, golems (yes, golems), tentacles, goblins, poor Ricca gets absolutely wrecked in all possible ways, and the 3D scenes + voice make for a mindbreaking result.

– Customization: you can customize Ricca’s features, all of it (body, face, clothes…). There are lot of clothes, so it can basically answer most of the preferences out there, even such as bruises + body writing if you’re into ryona/degradation stuff.

– Actual plot! Yes, it’s not “just porn”. There is character development and honestly some brutal moments, as well as sad/really touching ones.

– Graphics: they’re smooth and really beautiful: quality stuff, which is rare enough to be highlighted here, be it the textures/figures, the effects…

Ah, I’m nearing the characters limit and even so, I tried to be concise!

Seriously, buy it. Buy it, praise the dev, (who worked on it 4 years!).

It’s a monument of H games and I believe it will leave its mark in the History.

A lot of quality content for a H game, I have recently just followed the dev news but it seems like this is a project that has spanned many a years, and it shows.

Things that get a mention is the variety of customization, the animations for characters are very smooth, good variety of enemies, and of course the myriad of ways the protagonist can wrecked.

All things considered, quality h games are not very common, so in the interest of encouraging devs to put out more high quality games, please support if you can.

This game has high production values and nice quality. There are plenty of erotic content, along with a competent gameplay and progression system that motivates to keep playing. The story is actually pretty good, and it’s easy to feel emphaty for the protagonist.

Pretty much all of the erotic content is non consensual. For those who like it, it’s the best noncon material you will find.

Plenty of customization options, including a lot of cosmetics.

As you would expect from the setting of the game, the H scenes are all rape, in most cases ending up with the heroine mindbroken.

Gameplay seems simple at first but it’s actually pretty fluid and the 2.5D style maps works well for this game. Leveling up the skill tree gives a lot more options in-game.

Being able to dress up the character is a pretty good point too. A lot of the costumes are great.

Actually has a pretty good storyline imho.

This game has satisfied my ryona/Force Sex/3D needs! I was so pleased with it that I couldn’t stop watching every knocked out scenes multiple times.
Gameplay:
There is as much thought into gameplay as you would find in a top notch 2D side scroller action game. The difficulty is quite challenging, but it was fun, regardless.

Outfits/Customization:
There’s quite a bit of outfits and hairstyles, that I warrant, is enough (I’m a full nude; no shoes, no clothing, I want to see every inch of the woman’s body, person). Love the sliders! They don’t take it to the extreme. but you can have very slender build, or my build type: big boobs/thighs/ass, but can still have a slim waist and stomach.

Graphics:
10/10! It’s so beautiful and the 3D models on the girls are amazing. Really catches the good balance of 2D/3D anime esthetics.
Voice:
The voices are great, and Ricca’s slutty, forced, and painful moans are so erotic <3. I love how her screams of pain and pleasure from the voice actress, especially from the mud orc forcefully hitting her stomach to release the mud in her stomach and the Arch-lich making her continuously orgasm from the footjob sounds. Her voice in those scenes were ASMR to my ears.
Ryona/Force:
I have played so many ryona games, but only 3 erotic game developers have ever satisfied this for me, and Mogurasoft is one of them. I’ve been longing for a 3D erotic ryona game, and this is the first!
Cons:
I would like more brutal (not guro levels) ryona scenes. I want to see more like her belly getting punch, strangling/asphyxiations, her just getting punished harder, would’ve been nice.
Conclusion:
I love it! This game is a gem and I hope mogurasoft will continue developing more games like this in the near future. They have my full support <3
