End of year. As usual, protagonist Yasuto Miyano attends a doujin convention alone. At the cosplay space, he happens to meet Rina Kadokura, a girl from his class. Both share otaku interests but had no one to talk to about them. They quickly hit it off, and their relationship develops rapidly—

The protagonist. Classmate of the heroine Rina. An ordinary, friendless otaku with nothing special about him, until he starts talking to Rina and gradually grows attracted to her.

◎Rina Kadokura (CV: Yuzuki Tsubame)

The heroine. Classmate of the protagonist. Bright, sociable, and gets along with everyone—popular with both boys and girls. However, she’s actually a serious otaku whose hobby is cosplay, but hides it since she has no one to share it with. After meeting the similarly-minded protagonist at the convention, they’ve become close friends.

◎Katsuki Hagiwara

A former senior and cram school instructor from the protagonist’s middle school days. He has a good personality and is well-liked by his younger male students as a reliable older brother figure. However, he’s notorious for his terrible taste in women—he makes a living selling intimate footage of the girls he’s seduced.
