The Evil Guards of the Merchant City: Lady Prisoners Underground

Editorial Review

★3.5 / 5 — henhenta editorial rating (our own assessment, not the DLsite official user score)

This is a power-fantasy dungeon manager positioned in the recent wave of “jailer/captor” titles that have proliferated as DLsite’s procedural generation tech matured. It leans heavily on Live2D character variation and sheer content volume rather than narrative sophistication, placing it squarely in the “quantity-over-story” segment of the adult RPG space.

What distinguishes it from standard guard-or-warden fare is the commitment to systemic breadth: the work layers arrest mechanics, interrogation systems, forced labor assignment, and a secondary pleasure-quarter locale into what reads as a genuine gameplay loop rather than a linear visual novel. The randomized character generation using Live2D—with explicit customization across body types—suggests developers prioritized replayability and personal fantasy projection. The “400+ animated scenes” promise indicates significant production investment in H-animation variety, likely the primary draw for its target audience. The pregnancy system and status-alteration mechanics (the sleeping pill detail) hint at progression stakes beyond simple asset viewing.

The moral framework here is deliberately transgressive by design. This isn’t a game that obscures its appeal behind metaphor or narrative justification—it’s transparently built around the fantasy of institutional sexual coercion with minimal story scaffolding. That directness will resonate sharply with players who prize mechanical depth in their power-fantasy content and tire of pretense.

This appeals specifically to players invested in procedural adult games with systemic complexity, who prioritize animation quantity and character-generation variety over character depth or emotional narrative investment. It’s the kind of work where “gameplay loop” and “replayability through randomization” matter more than plot coherence.

For those seeking a guilt-free mechanical sandbox with extensive H-content and minimal narrative friction, this hits its target with precision. Genre enthusiasts will find it substantive; others should absolutely look elsewhere.
