Synopsis

“In the circle of men, my girlfriend is stained white”

■ STORY ■

Muromatsu, a fourth-year university student aspiring to be a teacher, has a girlfriend.

Isami Ishihara, who attends the local industrial high school.

Because they met as former tutor and student, their relationship is kept secret from those around them.

Since they can’t date openly as a couple, Isami visiting Muromatsu’s house after school has become their substitute for dating.

Muromatsu, with his serious personality, hasn’t even kissed Isami despite them dating for two years now, mindful of her being his former student.

He wants to progress their relationship this year, but he can’t take that first step.

Their secret romance develops slowly at their own pace.

Meanwhile, Isami experiences minor pranks from boys at school.

Since Isami is the only girl in the industrial department, such pranks are just mundane daily occurrences.

But these small, seemingly insignificant acts ripple outward like waves on a pond’s surface, growing ever larger.
