Synopsis

【STORY】

Sunrise Harbor lies on the eastern edge of the Richriva Kingdom, a prosperous nation blessed by a great river’s bounty.

With vast forests stretching behind it and a mid-sized port, this town sees constant foot traffic. Among its many establishments, one shop stands out for its bustling energy: a tavern called “Hibari-tei.”

A gentle piano melody fills the air as Anna, the “songstress” known as the Lark of Hibari-tei, performs. Gifted with musical talent, Anna’s quiet life in this harbor town is about to change.

A man enters—dark-skinned, black-haired, sharp-eyed. Appearing to be in his forties, he wears fine clothing and carries an air of quiet authority that sets him apart even among the rough patrons. He fixes his gaze on Anna as she plays and sings.

This man of obvious status makes her an unusual request:

“Would you pretend to be the lover of a blind master?”

The duration: two weeks.

Upon completion, he offers her enrollment in the kingdom’s only music academy and three years of education.
