Synopsis

The popular comedy duo “Sitters” is at the peak of their career.

However, the one who is truly popular is the handsome and talented 24-year-old “Gosai.” Mio, his counterpart in the duo, is at a loss every day due to the stark disparity within their duo.

One day, after constantly being labelled as “the less popular one of the duo” and hearing comedians badmouth him for only being successful by his association with Gosai, Mio can’t take it anymore and proposes that they dissolve the duo…

But in a complete shift from his cool, public image, Gosai starts bawling and shuts down emotionally, refusing to dissolve the duo. In desperation, Mio lies and says, “I’m actually gay.”

Suddenly, Gosai stops crying…!?

The Tsukommi (straight man) of Sitters:

Mio, Age 34

He has a cheerful personality, but due to the disparity within the duo, he is labelled “the less popular one.” He feels tormented by public perception and proposes to Gosai that they dissolve the duo.

The Boke (funny man) of Sitters:

Gosai, Age 24

He is popular for his tall stature, handsome looks, and calm demeanor. He is active in various fields beyond comedy, including modelling and acting. However, when he is in front of Mio, his personality completely transforms, revealing his true nature.
