Synopsis

This is the third installment in the “For by Four Riverside” series and can be read standalone. Most of the story is available online; this publication includes a 5-page bonus manga from the protagonist Rin’s perspective.

Awkward and timid teacher Shinozaki unexpectedly reunites with his former student Rin at a call girl service after a painful breakup. Once called “Prince” for his striking appearance, Rin’s current situation puzzles Shinozaki. Through conversation, he learns of Rin’s parents’ deaths and his obsession with the novel they left behind. Though Rin seems unchanged on the surface, he remains emotionally unstable. Shinozaki realizes he has always been saved by Rin—both in school and after his heartbreak. Desperate to help, Shinozaki proposes that Rin live with him. As they share a home, their relationship deepens.
