Tsuyoshi Tomiwasure, an unremarkable host working in the water trade, one day meets Shiki Machiyuki—a self-destructive, remarried woman in her thirties seeking a new marriage. As their relationship develops, he discovers she is Saison, the famous depression anime writer making waves in the industry.

Recognizing Tsuyoshi’s talent as a creator, Shiki draws him into the world of creative production. As they create works together, both repeatedly contemplate suicide. Constantly missing each other, struggling with their tangled relationship, they continue to face the challenge of producing cutting-edge works…
