Synopsis

A new sequel, “Hamidashi Creative Protrusion,” has arrived!

Late June, when the seasons seem to pause. Tomohiro Izumi, an introverted student by all accounts, was supposed to spend another ordinary day in the corner of his classroom… or so he thought.

“Congratulations on winning! We’ve decided you’ll be the next student council president!”

In a lottery held on a whim by the school, Tomohiro miraculously draws the winning ticket! Suddenly thrust into the spotlight, both popular and unpopular students alike begin gossiping about him. Unable to back out, Tomohiro seeks help from his advisor to assemble a team. However, the advisor’s recommended candidates—ranging from his classmate Kano to his junior Asumi, and even his younger sister Hiyori—are people who don’t even come to school regularly!

Amidst the chaos, the former president Shio, who had been out of touch, suddenly appears…
