Synopsis

In the shadows of the underground lurks ‘Banchiikan,’ a dark organization where deviant enthusiasts gather. Here, those known as ‘Handlers’ livestream their obscene acts to paying members who grow increasingly excited, throwing massive rewards their way.

Kusukabe Kiichi, an unemployed young man drifting aimlessly through life, is a freelance Handler with his own philosophy: such acts are for personal pleasure, never for profit or others. One day, a mysterious figure named ‘Cameo’ scouts him to join Banchiikan’s streams. Though initially hesitant, Kiichi accepts the challenge to test his renowned skills.

On packed trains teeming with desire, Kiichi wielding his exceptional technique and a supernatural ability to perceive women’s hidden urges, sends countless women spiraling into ecstasy. Rival Handlers from Banchiikan stand in his way, as do the law enforcers hunting to eliminate such crimes.
