Heading to Sawajiro Village as Yayoi’s proxy, Kojiro encounters Sawajiro Arahara—an economic magnate and old acquaintance of Genzaburo—now bedridden near 100 years old. “Please investigate my son’s death from a few months ago.” The same ominous curse rumors persist. “He was killed by ‘Gururi-san’…” Can Kojiro uncover the truth behind the suspicious death at the Water Guardian Mansion?

Through this incident, Marina joins a joint investigation with the CIA. Her old friend Sherry Meer appears as a CIA investigator.
