Review

Artwork and scenes is absolutely 5 stars of awesome. Having to either run back to ship after dying, remember the year and run back to the previous battle after losing is a pain, quitting and reloading is barely better time wise, especially on larger stages. I curse those desert fish!
Make good use of the guide the creator made (talk to spirit next to Baba), it will save you so much time and frustration.
Fortunately once you have unlocked everything you can access scenes from gallery and everything is great, it is just a pain to get there.

Kame Paradise 2 has very high quality art, which is very expected from its creator. And he always puts a lot of effort into it. However the game itself, even though it has used a more modern engine than its prequel, has room for improvement.

The creator’s drawing and animating skills are very sharp. Whatever creation he makes is guaranteed to have high quality visuals for characters. There’s very creative backgrounds in this game as well, but the character drawings stand out the most. There’s also a good variety statics and animations, and they are complemented by nice looking NPCs and level designs.

In terms of gameplay, there’s a bunch of things I’d like to comment. First is the rock-paper-scissors mechanic, which I think is quite simple and fairly frustrating. Even though the opponents always follow a predefined pattern, the first encounters are always based on luck, which makes it frustrating for the player. This is something that came from the prequel, and I was hoping to see something different this time, specially since a much more robust game engine was used. Maybe something related to combat? After all, this is a fighting franchise. Second is the death mechanic, which I also found quite frustrating. Not only losing the encounters make you die, but also random obstacles in certain levels. Dying itself is not really the issue, it is the fact that you have to walk out of Paradise, get back to the ship, (remember the year you were and) go back to the encounter and try again. In my opinion, the checkpoints mechanic from previous games could have been kept (or improved). Third are the lewd scenes. The interactivity is a great plus, I just had a very little issue with the zooming, which was a bit limiting. I would have liked to see the entire high quality animation, but it wouldn’t let me zoom out enough. And fourth, young Chi Chi. I was very much hoping to get a reward scene after beating her (like with every other female encounter).

I really hope the creator reads this and takes it as a constructive criticism. I’m truly a big fan of this work and, as a Unity game programmer myself, it would be an honor to be of help for such a great artist and mangaka.

過去の作品やサンプル動画、画像から分かる通り絵のクオリティはとても高かったです。

ゲーム性としては攻略キャラのイベントを順にこなしていって、一部キャラはじゃんけんで解放する方式でシンプルで攻略法が分かれば簡単でした。

じゃんけんに負けたり、あの世行きが何度か起きるとオバケからヒントをくれるような誘導がありますが私の場合、ウェブサイトを見つける事が出来ず、結局自力でクリアしたので、サイトへの誘導をもう少し分かりやすくして欲しいとは思いました。

ムービーの感想としては、行為中にセリフがあったら良かったな…と少し思いましたが個人的には満足でした。

収集要素もあったのでやる方は頑張って探してみてください。

じゃんけんの方式としてはある程度は固定なので(たまに違うのが出てきたりした)相手が出す手を覚えれば簡単に勝てます。

もしも、18号で詰まったらラボを探索すると良いと思います。

どの年代にどのキャラがいるかをメモすると楽かもしれません。

少し値段が高いがそれに見合うだけのクオリティでした。
サンプルでわかる通り、他作品ではあまり取り扱われないキャラのHシーンが多く原作ファンなら楽しめると思います。

ド○ゴンボール収集で付近にあるとギルが教えてくれるのですが、一度きりのため後でやろうと放っておくと苦労します。どこのものをまだ手に入れていないのか一目でわかるようにしてくれていればありがたかったです。

どこかでみたことのあるキャラクターでクオリティが最高でした。
登場する細かいサブキャラも高いクオリティでこだわりを感じ、操作していて違和感が全くありませんでした。

程よい難易度なのでサクサクプレイできつつ、簡単過ぎないのも魅力の一つかと思いました。
ほかの作品も購入してみようかと思わせる最高の1作でした。

鳥山絵がほんとにうまいです。前作は購入していませんが。気になり購入してプレイしました。ミニアクション要素やサークルが出版している同人誌のタイトル集めなどがあります。戦闘はじゃんけんによる野球拳。運要素が強めなのですごいスピードでボコボコになり敗北することがよくありました。ぬるぬる動くエロシーンも中々おすすめです。原作を結構忠実に再現していたりするので楽しむことができました。
