That boy of mine! He’s so scatterbrained! He left the “Orb of Light”—essential for defeating the “Dark Demon King”—at home and went off to the final battle anyway. What a ditz! I wonder where he gets it from…

Well, probably me.

So this is the demon castle where the Dark Demon King resides! The devastation is incredible… I hope that boy is alright.

The powerful monsters guarding the castle seem to have been mostly defeated by him, so even I, a former apprentice mage, should be able to reach him. The remaining monsters are just primitive slimes, though… honestly, those slimy things give me the creeps.

《Tentacles appear》…Speak of the devil!

Phew, I’m glad I brought the Flame Dagger that boy left behind. Though now I’m in this state… and delivering an important item to the final battle is quite the burden.

I actually came here hoping to snag a treasure chest or two while delivering the orb, but it seems I’ve made a mistake!

I should have asked someone more capable. I just want to get home and prepare lunch…

The demon castle spans three floors, underground levels, towers, and exterior areas, filled with numerous traps and secret rooms.

Your goal is to deliver the Orb of Light to the Hero (your son) fighting the Dark Demon King.
