A side-scrolling action game featuring a girl protagonist who wakes up one morning to find a penis has grown between her legs.

Contacting enemy characters triggers sex animations and reduces HP. When HP reaches zero, you climax. Reduced HP can be recovered through intimate encounters with your partner. Climaxing 4 times results in game over. Navigate through each stage by avoiding enemies, attacking them, initiating sex, cooperating with your partner, or being overwhelmed.

7 stages total with 20 female-type enemies + 4 other types (tentacles, etc.) + 1 boss. Female enemies include animation variants with reversed dominant/submissive expressions.

Situations focus primarily on penetrative acts with affectionate intimacy throughout.
